It was about 15 degrees so the sun was definitely not melting the bar. In fact on a table opposite the bar, they had centerpieces that were made of ice, about 10" tall and 7" in diameter. They were hollow in a column from the top down into the ice where at the bottom was a lit candle. They were not worried about the lit candle melting the ice either. Tastes were $5 (Canadian) a piece. Bottles were about $60 a piece so we didn't bring back any. Sorry
